Description

Literacy is an essential component of high quality child care. What does this mean, and how is it best put into practice" We will look at specific activities to help with phonemic awareness, vocabulary, language development, writing, and comprehension for children from infancy to school age. We will also discuss how caregivers can promote family literacy and support the various families they serve.
