Description

This class will examine the similarities and differences between various behavior guidance philosophies (including but not limited to Conscious Discipline, The Pyramid Model, and Flip-It) and will discuss various guidance strategies and skills that can be effective in child care programs. This will not be an in-depth study of any particular program, but rather an overview of basic behavior guidance philosophies.
