Description

The lives of leaders have become more and more demanding and at times chaotic. It has become increasingly more difficult to manage the amount of responsibilities that are required to be successful. The training session will take a look at these responsibilities and how to effectively manage them using the 5 buckets of leadership approach. Everything a leader, more specifically a school leader, encounters align with one of the following buckets: administrative, pupil personnel, parent engagement, curriculum and instruction, and culture and climate.
