Dr. Eileen Flicker has been an advocate for young children and their families for over 30 years. Her experiences include work as an early childhood teacher, childcare director, curriculum coordinator, public school principal, school improvement specialist, educational consultant, and college professor. Dr. Flicker is the co-author of Guiding Children’s Behavior: Developmental Discipline in the Classroom (Teachers College Press). She provides embedded professional development to programs and schools and facilitates workshops on curriculum, child development, Developmental Discipline, and program management.
