I have been in ECE for over 10 years and started as a floating TA and now executive director of a preschool. I mentor and coach teachers and administrators. I focus on classroom management, effective team work in the classroom and a program as whole, effective leadership, importance of men in ECE, creating and cultivating parent/teacher relationships, and more.
