I am an Early Childhood Educator passionate about Early Childhood mental health. I am a parent of children with special needs and that experience informs all my work. Engaging families is also a focus for my trainings as I believe children are influenced by their families of origin and we need to work together to grow each child to their maximum potential.
In my years of experience as a parent, grandparent, teacher . administrator, and trainer I believe all behavior has meaning and its my job to figure out what a child/person is saying by their actions. We do this through reflective practice, supervison, and plain old "wondering"!
