Very experienced working with directors and staff on all early childhood topics, especially child development, inquiry type curriculum (trained by Teaching Strategies on Creative Curriculum for Preschool and for Infants, Toddlers, and Twos, assessment systems, planning for inclusion of standards and play, challenging behavior, accreditation, quality improvement, management and more. Relationships - all aspects, staff/child, staff/admin, staff/parent, boards, community, etc are a specialty. The only Implementation Planner for EHS/CC Partnerships in NYS.
